REFUND POLICY

We offer free exchanges on all full-priced or items marked as Exchange Only. Please note that we need to receive the original item back in new, unwashed condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. If we do not receive the original item, you will be charged for the item(s) you exchanged for.

In Store Purchases

If you purchased something from one of our boutiques, we will gladly exchange or refund unworn & unwashed items with tags and receipt within 30 days of purchase back to your original payment method. After this date, refunds will be issued as store credit or exchanged in the value of the current selling price. 

APO and DPO Addresses

Orders shipped to APO and DPO addresses are considered final sale. If you need further assistance with an order, please contact us.

International Orders

At this time, we are not offering international shipping. We're here for assistance with past orders, please contact us at: supprt@fab.com

What about ReAmour items?

All pre-loved purchases are final unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If this situation occurs, you can open a dispute once the item has been delivered to you. Once the dispute is confirmed, we will issue a refund and ask that you please return the item. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at supprt@fab.com

What about Sale?

As of 8/9/2022, Sale items can be returned/exchanged in accordance with our standard return policy, with the exception of items marked as "Final Sale". Please see the Final Sale section for more information.

What about Final Sale?

Final Sale items are not eligible for return. No exceptions, this includes gifts. If you have any questions regarding fit, sizing & styling for a final sale item for yourself or a gift, we encourage you to ask one of our sustainable stylists at 855-ECO-MADE or contact us.

Shipping Costs

We cannot refund expedited shipping costs. 

When will I receive my refund?

Your return amount will be credited back to your original form of payment. Refunds are typically processed by our team within 2 business days upon delivery. You will be emailed a confirmation of refund once our Return Department has issued the refund. 

Returns can take up to two weeks to arrive back to our distribution center from time of label creation to delivery. To track the status of your return, you can use the tracking number provided to you when you initiate your return. 

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to post back to your account.
